Howard earned his B.A. in Economics and his law degree from Boston University in an accelerated six-year program. In law school he received an academic award in business partnerships. After graduation he joined a general law practice in Rhode Island focused on litigation. Three years later he joined the General Electric Company legal department where he progressed through five different business divisions of GE Financial Services in five different states, serving as business general counsel at two of them.
After GE, Howard returned to private practice in Georgia working on business transactions and dispute resolution, including disputes regarding trusts. He moved to Naperville in 2019 continuing his representation of business clients and trust beneficiaries before joining Campbell Holzhauer.
